Mesh

First part one needs to handle is the computational mesh, typically the following would be used:

// Native Hermes mesh format.
MeshReaderH2D mloader;
mloader.load("domain.mesh", &mesh);

// XML Hermes mesh format.
MeshReaderH2DXML mloader;
mloader.load("domain.xml", &mesh);
