Important Dates

• On-line abstract submission open: April 1, 2008
• On-line abstract submission deadline: July 31, 2008
• Acceptance notification: If you have not heard from us until now, please contact us at femtec2008@math.utep.edu.
• Payment of early conference fee: October 31, 2008
• Payment of full conference fee: Starting with November 1, 2008.
• Final paper submission: End of March 2009 (expected)

Registration Fee

• Early registration fee: $300.
• Full registration fee: $400.
• Student rate: $200 (early) and $300 (late). This rate applies to undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. students. A scanned copy of the student ID must be sent to the conference e-mail address.

There will be three meals and two coffee-breaks every day, as well as a Welcome and Farewell party. The registration fee is used to cover travel and accommodation of invited speakers and standard conference materials.
